Flagstone is set in a mortar bed (or sand bed for dry-set work) and levelled individually — flagstone is never all the same thickness.
Grouting or Jointing
Mortar-set work gets grouted joints. Dry-set work gets polymeric sand worked into the joints.
Sealing
We seal flagstone on request — particularly recommended for softer stones like sandstone or in high-traffic areas.
